What we can help with

- Partnership enquiries: MCS-certified installers, energy companies, or organisations wanting to work with us.
What we cannot help with
We are a calculator and information site, not an installation company, so we cannot give a personalised energy assessment, help with a grant application (contact the scheme administrator directly) or give detailed technical advice about a specific installation. We do not arrange quotes at the moment. To find an installer yourself, use the MCS installer search for heat pumps and solar panels, or TrustMark for insulation.
Response time
We aim to respond to all emails within two working days. Data correction reports are prioritised.
