What this site provides

Retrofit Planner provides free online calculators and guides to help UK homeowners estimate the costs and savings of home energy improvements. Our tools are for informational purposes only.

Not professional advice

Our calculators produce estimates based on national averages and published data. They are not substitutes for professional energy assessments, building surveys, or installer quotes. Results should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. Always obtain professional assessments and multiple quotes before committing to any installation.

Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our data is accurate and up to date. We source data from official bodies including Ofgem, the Energy Saving Trust, BEIS, and GOV.UK. However, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Energy prices, grant schemes, and installation costs change regularly.
