What we cannot help with
We are a calculator and information site, not an installation company. We cannot provide personalised energy assessments, installer recommendations for specific properties, help with grant applications (contact the scheme administrator directly), or detailed technical advice about specific installations. For these, please consult a qualified energy assessor or MCS-certified installer.
Response time
We aim to respond to all emails within two working days. Data correction reports are prioritised.
